Reminders

My reminders arrive late on Android.

Open the app's Settings and allow exact alarms and unrestricted battery use for Disciplined. Without them, Android may delay notifications.

The reminder is not spoken aloud.

Spoken reminders are part of Pro. Check that Voice is on in Settings and that your phone is not on silent.

The assistant

It proposed the wrong change.

Tap Cancel. Nothing is changed until you tap Yes. Then say it again with the day and time spelled out.

Can I undo a change?

Fix my day has Undo. For other changes, ask the assistant to move the item back, or edit it on the timeline.

How do I cancel Pro?

In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile, then Account, then Delete account. See the Delete account page for details.
